Yes, more has been accomplished in the last year compared to many other companies and all I am saying is that there will be more raiders on our doorstep if we leave the door open.

We need to protect ourselves from corporate raid. Maybe a major buying in.

I support the current BOD 100% and it is obvious RN will step down, who to replace him with and how can we protect ourselves is my concern.
