Kinross is loading up on cash and most likely looking for another aquisition whereby they make another offer one can not refuse. Hopefully it is NOT us. The government has passed the new mining law in ecuador and they are free to continue with proving up even more amazing gold deposits and that will take cash as well. Time will tell.
