The 'logic' of some of you is rather disturbing... You are being swallowed-up by the fear and emotion of this 'crisis'... $3.50?? Honestly, why don't you sell your house in Florida, now, while you're at it.
History has proven it to be 100% correct that when people are most distraught, and think there is no light at the end of the tunnel, it is the best time to buy. Do you think anyone at NOT would consider selling anything in this envrionment? If they are, then they are suffering from the same 'illness' you are....
My strong advice to many of you is to tune-out and forget about the day-to-day minutae of the current situation. You are just thowing fuel on your own 'fire of crisis'.
Remember these two things:
- Extreme points of view are almost never right.
- The simplest explantion is the most logical/rationale.
