The timing of the severance of the relationship is "interesting", as is its suddenness and contravention of what the BoD has said regarding not changing the relationship with Agoracom until the new CEO is chosen. So either:

1) the new CEO has been chosen (material event that requires timely disclosure) and has decided to go with "Slick and Expensive"

2) the disclosure of the F.I.R.M. on Agoracom twisted someone on the BoD's nipples really hard. NOT isn't listed as a client... why not? So as not to draw attention? Or are we smaller than Non-Elephant Encryption Inc. ?

Is JJ single? PP?

Let's start thinking about what the composition of the next BoD should be after the next AGM.
