Typically pp's are always done at a lower, often much lower share price than what it is trading at and to make them attractive, they get bundled in with warrants and are therfore highly dilutive. This news and it,s timing are extremely bullish. The fact that folks agreed to do it at 2.80 and no warrants speaks volumes about the confidence in the company. Regards odin.
