Khareema, for those of us who cannot decide when to sell (of which there are many and that includes me), a buyout makes it simple. And no matter how much talk there is about how great a buyout would be, rare indeed is the circumstance when the shareholders of the target don't scream like they've been mortally wounded when the price is announced!
