From the Freewest NR: "The Arrangement Agreement with Cliffs contains,... the payment by Freewest to Cliffs of a termination payment equal to C€6 million if the transaction is not completed as a result of a superior proposal, and in certain other circomstances."

After the termination of the former SRP-poison pill it looks to me if Wes has found another serious poison pill. If I understand this correctly, I have to say: Nice move, Wes! Noront's legal department has something new to chew on.

And what could be "certain other circomstances"?
