You only have to be honest and for the SHs till the last deal done. Mac may be showing his retirement plan. That deal has an smell that shows up like the platinum discovery being recoverable. I am a FWR holder and won't be voting this Cliffs deal, I woulfd rather everybody stayed on their own than have Cliffs steal it just to screw NOT.
