It could well be that CLF has inked a fabulous deal, which was not too shabby for people that held FWR a few months ago.

But the precipitating event was the NOT offer. It forced FWR to act sooner than they would have liked. So NOT, please get over the blame game and make a new offer!

The NR today was very unclear. What is "will revert accordingly thereafter"? Is NOT out or in?
