Just imagine that the deal will with FWR will happen.
FWR holders end up with lets say 0,75. per share.

But then as a suprise a big dog enters the ring. (multiple who start barking at eachother) Offers a deal simular to what NOT has proposed to FWR.

NOT rises to 3 times to 9,=. How about that.
