Interesting few weeks. To dredge up my Oct 28th post, I still believe the NOT/FWR marriage is NOT going to happen. A) NOT has no cash to compete with Cliffs if they had to; B) FWR is better off with NOT shares but won't do it C) Both the offers are chump change and D) there are far bigger things ahead.

My last 50 cents says this was orchestrated by NOT/FWR from the outset, there are bigger alterior motives at play. Its called a dance, have fun for the evening, but no one is going home together.
