Consolidate

Was it not Noront that said the ROF has to be consolitaed in order to be economical?If so, the ROF seems to be gettin consolidated, but without Noront included.Does this mean that they will give up with pursuing mining this themselves and SELL or do they mean as long as the ROF gets consolited, it will be cheaper for all who mine there in the future, and so still Going at it alone?Any takers?
