Why can't NOT go up like all the others?

We all know NOT has the goods waiting to be unearthed. All the little ones are getting the attention except for NOT. Even one of my penny stock went up 110% in the past few trading days. So tired of watching our SP going down and down while others are trading at record numbers.

Frustrates me! Time will only tell.
