I thought that Spider and KWG have announced that they were joining forces, and forming a new company (to thwart the bid by Cliffs).

How can Cliffs now bid solely for Spider?

I think it's high noon time for NOT to play an Ace card, or others might soon take the whole kitty in one swipe. WES, make a strategical strike soon!
