stock going down when some analyst rates it to outperform. It usually means somebody wants out and would dearly love to sell into rising bids. I watched a beautiful example of that this morning. If someone says to buy you gotta ask why. NOT hasn't been telling anyone to buy in so many actions/words......I wonder what that means? Still accumulation time?
