Yes I agree with you Sum there are definately extenuating circumstances that would allow for delay of information particularly in the case of a deal being negotiated that could be affected by the release of info. I am refering to the blatent withholding of results, we used to get info much quicker and I am sure we all have shares in companies that provide results much, much sooner than NOT. It allows people in the know an advantage over us and limits the info we require to make sound investment decisions.
