Message: Many Problems for Junior and Senior Miners!

Here is an updated article about the KI/junior mining company (God’s LakeResources) potential conflict in Northwestern Ontario. Ironically, we may need “divine intervention!”

If you thought most conflicts are due to junior miners, think again. The Globe and Mail is the most influential national paper in Canada with the second highest circulation after the Toronto Star. In today’s Report on Business Magazine, the cover story by Geoffrey York is about Barrick Gold’s many problems in Tanzania. The title says it all: “Blood and Stone: 19 Villagers Dead/$155 Million Profit” – “ The mathematics of Barrick’s notorious North Mara mine in Tanzania underline the stark ethical issues for Canadian miners in the Third World”:

And the “cherry on top of the cake” is this Globe and Mail column about American funding ($50 million) funneled to Canadian environmental groups to stop resource development:

Enough to make you leave work early, and drink to forget!!
