AGM Notice

I received the notice for the AGM on Tuesday October 11 which I plan on attend.

Noticed that only 4 of the 7 directors actually own shares in our company and that the number of shares they own to me is insignificant. This does not include the options they give themselves. We should all go to the AGM and express our displeasure at how they have done nothing to increase shareholder value!! That's there job, they work for US. Maybe if they actually used there own money and bought shares they would have more interest. Shame on them they don't deserve our quotes. Maybe we can put forward a motion requiring directors to own a minimum number of shares, say 5% of there salary!

Lets all quote AGAINST the options plan.
