When you're ready to throw in the NOT towel, for at least the tenth time (!)...that's just when a big move may well happen. JMHO

I'm reminded of the famous Newsweek magazine cover story analogy. It seems that whenever Newsweek ran a Cover Story of a new bull leg up beginning in the stock market, that was often the very market top, and a lengthy decline followed.

Now that many feel totally trashed by Noront; it may be the start of something really good.
