Canseco, that is where Shareholder Rights Agreement comes into play.

Limits are for unfriendly entities only i believe.

Shareholder Rights Ag. is effective as of sep9/10 and must be reconfirmed

by shareholders at Gen. meeting in 2013 for second three years or it will

expire in 2013.That is how i understand it and would like to hear from more

knowlegeable posters.
