According to BBC world news,a group of US investors are filing a lawsuit against Canada,s RBC investment banking division for fraudulent pratices by using a canadian tax loophole( mining flow through shares ) in order to suppress share prices.Result: investors were losing large amounts of money as the investment house sold their own and other client,s shares in open market for a much lower price shortly afterwards in order to take advantage of the tax credit.

Is it just the beginning of a flood of lawsuits by retail investors?I hope so.it,s about time.
