I voted my shares this morning after reading thru the information, disappointed to see only 2 of the 7 directors actually own shares, Ted Bassett owns a whopping 20,000 & Paul Parisotto owns a respectfull 115,000. It doesn't instill confidence in me that these guys are looking after OUR interest, just there own. All directors however have options which I call freebees.

I would like to note that for a PENNY stock company we pay good salaries. When we run out of money we simply issue more shares and further dilute current share holders. One day not to distant I'm scared we will have a reverse stock consolidation.
