Me too, was wondering about the same thing.

My reading is that NOT treats these 111M KWG shares just like an extra appendix (yes, a body part) which could be neatly removed in one snip, gift wrapped and handed over to KWG in exchange for something else...in some kind of a deal.

Once they are in KWG possession, Frank could cancel them, and that would reduce the OS by 14%.
