Here is the point. The person with the money ( the government ) gets to call the shots, at least that is the way it is in my books. Lets put it another way. The way Day is talking it would be like me going to a car dealer and saying I want a new car for free but you can only give me one if I get to pick the make and model. Takes a lot of gall to do that don't you think?
