Peter Navarro has a PHD in economics from Harvard, and is currently a business professor at a University. Wilbur Ross is a international private equity investor.

THis 31 page PDF is a very good detailed read.

After reading this document..you can get a pretty good idea of which direction the USA dollar will eventually go and where commodity prices will go....
