Was at the nursing home today visiting my 103 yr old mom-in-law and in sails Kathleen Wynn with her entourage.  She came to greet us and I had a one minute window of opportunity to ask her to ignite the ROF.  She was quite willing to address the topic but did not say anything that we don't already know, however, it was good to hear her confirm the facts.  She said they are working hard at getting the indigenous communities on board and are almost there.  They will be ready to make an announcement soon.  I asked when, she would only commit to saying very soon, within a few weeks.
