Rickford knows what's going on with Noront.  The fact that Pactrick Brown is Rickford's boss, then  Partick Brown clearly knows whats going on or whats not going on in the ring, because Rickford is going to tell him everything of importance one way or another , like even through coded language whether you like it or not. A big coup for the PC's That means that PC's have that on Winn for sure. I am undecided as to who im going to vote for right now.  But who ever says in their platform that the Ring is going to be develped will get my vote.  Yes, my vote can be bought, for the right price, for good intentions for the Ring.
