Well, for the past few years, Noront has jumped up to between fifty and sixty cents quite a few times, before always seeming to settle back to thirty or lower.  I'd consider it a safe buy at fifty or sixty cents, thinking long term, even if nothing happens for another year or so.

However, based upon a confluence of possible events in the next few months, I'm thinking it's definitely worth a gamble right now.  There are Alan's recent comments, the Algoma situation, and the spring election putting pressure on the liberals to show some major progress.  I bought a few thousand more again this morning, but if it drops back down into the thirties again, I won't be worried.
