Did you ever get into a car for a drive and not accept the responsibility and risk of being in, or creating, an accident as a result of being on the road?

That is what I want to say to any prospective community that wants any development. With development as with an automobiles, there are risks and you take your chances.

They are entitled to be properly informed of the above fact. There is no having of cake and expecting to eat it also.

Noront wiith any municipal administration has to make arrangements for possible contamination of environment because it will happen sooner or later, only the extent of it can not be anticipated.

So I say either accept the risks or forget about development. There is rarely middle ground and no ideals in this world. Ed.
