your question.However i"ll offer(Un)educated guess.

We are approaching or at 20 Million Shares. I'll venture a

guess that RCF at this time owns 20 to 22% of NOT

and that is before they ( at their discretion) convert the

loan to NOT shares at Approximately $.36 per  share.

These numbers might not be up to date, so if some

poster has info more up to date i welcome it.
