One would assume that since the post is on the Wawa news website,  that the opinion is indeed from MPP Mike Mantha once again, the MPP ( and Caucus Chair Critic, Northern Development and Mines )  for the Algoma Manitoulin region which covers Wawa (https://www.ola.org/sites/default/files/2018-05/000002_Algoma%E2%80%94Manitoulin.gif )

but I agree that  not listing the writer is an unusual oversight.
