By taking interest shares they obtain a larger percentage of the total outstanding, outstanding of which every share is losing value. Which bodes well for the next issuance of shares.  That may be just my opinion.

As for reporting sales, surely most of you know that there is more than one way to skin a cat?

You and I may not know enough but professionals must know ways around regulations, at least that is what I chose to believe.

I do not think all those shares being sold every day, driving sp down, are only guys like you and me. Quite the opposite, it is mostly from deeper pockets.

That is what I chose to believe, But be it for me to convince anyone, just be prepared for alternate possibilities, Ed.
