IF anything is about to happen in the near future, I'm sure that RCF wanted to complete that conversion now, while the SP is low, rather than after any sort of positive news.  Hopefully within a month or two, we'll look back at this in retrospect and note how they got significantly more shares by converting now than they would have if they had waited.
