Hi Jon,

Apologies for not getting back to you sooner.  Regarding the smelter site, as you are aware the Company has narrowed its site selection to two sites on in the Sault and the other in Timmins.  The Company has had discussions with the ownersof both sites and both site owners see the benefits of hosting the ferrochrome processing facility.  We have been working with Hatch Engineering and have indicative site layouts for each location and are advancing the commercial terms with the respective owners. In order for us to finalize the transaction we need to have defined timelines with respect to the road infrastructure and are thus awaiting commitments and announcements from the province.  The Company continues to work with the provincial government and weanticipate this being announced in the upcoming weeks.

Regards,
