The rule of thumb applies for understanding the management team (exploration phase) - their success in the past? 1 in 3000 are successful in exploration ventures .

I think of the Nemis team that has found many great finds ...in their past.

So back to Noront .... do we have a management team , that is beyound exploration... can they get the job done? Whats their success history.
