Folks , while we are being led by the nose to focus on "Current" unattractive timelines, and the start? of an EA?

I wish to remind  you about this 2111 page document full of STUDIES done by Noront in their EA.

If you go to page 510 of page 2111  you will see the 106km  NEW WINTER ROAD AND NEW ALL-SEASON ROAD  and the 191 KM NEW ALL-SEASON ROAD WITHIN EXISTING WINTER ROAD CORRIDOR

It would make sense to have this combo road and to allow reserves to connect to this road if they wish to.

In this way they would not get the regular daily traffic back and forth running through their reserves.

Webequie is doing an EA for a Road from their reserve to the mine.

The other reserves nearby  can eventually connect to the Noront road featured in their EA  at their own speed if they wish to.
