tequilarose you mention:

 "I'm thinking the main road already has the EA done"

Tequila,

type this into your browser:

11 eagles nest project description

you will find a 194 page pdf from 2014

The all season road will begin at pickle lake and terminate at the WEBEQUIE JUNCTION.

 the construction would start with a new winter road from Webequie Junction to the mine site that “would allow for the staging of equipment and supplies” for mine site development and road construction.

on page 172:

proposed road from hwy 808 to Webequie along existing right of way. Noront wants to extend this to webequie junction and make it available to public with perhaps P3 involvement.

Access to  local community IS NOT part of Noront's plans and such access funding would be through other means

====================================================================

When you re-read Webequie's EA please note: Permanent road NOT winter road

Note the following in the News from the Sault ....

 "has initiated the EA study of a permanent road running from Webequie's airport to the fly-in exploration camps near McFaulds Lake in the James Bay lowlands.

Don't forget March is RCF interest month.
