Hopeing to hear some important mining news, this could be Trudeau's last budget, if he doesn't get it right. If We have  to spend our way out of recession, then let's build a $billion$ Road to the Ring in infastructure, what ever happened to infastructure spending. At the very least, a mere mention of the Ring would help boost confidence in this project. But stranger things do happen, why not promise the moon/Ring and deliver $2 Billion over 20-50 years. Spot
