2028.....who would want to tie up investing $$.  This is much to do about pie in the sky.  No funding $$ source announced.  Ford et al will take all the credit for this but won't put penny 1 in it.  Coutts just doing the ongoing PR to keep Noront in the news.  Where is the funding Coutts???????
