I for one think that this agreement is a stroke of genius! We have been able to secure a 99 year lease deal without putting out any money! We gave Algoma some shares to insure that they “ buy in” and give them 1/3 of 1% of sales, whenever that may be. 

Would we have been happier to have RCF lend us more money and pay them back with even more shares ar ridiculous prices?

I believe more than ever that more developments will happen more quickly and our time to reap the long awaited rewards is indeed growing nearer !
