tell me TM...How do you build a mine  without big equipment ,concrete,rebar,structural steel,formwork,falsework,outhouses,coffee and donuts and a whole bunch of other stuff and yes about 1200 men (or women). Maybe we could hire some moose trainers and haul all  this with a 20 moose train, but then of course we will need to add moose feed to the list. Or we could just build a road.
