I think what is happenning now with the share price is who ever is in on the offering is selling there shares down to the price of the offering, that is the way to pay for them. Theey get cheap warrents.The FT shares get a tax break so they are even cheaper. This will probably go on till they get what they need. So you can get cheaper shares now too if you want.JMO.
