What are the catalysts?

Hello!

I am trying to think of what catalysts might move the price of Noront stock. Given that construction of the road is expected to start in 2021 (according to Noront's corporate presentation), I am considering whether it might be beneficial to sell some of my position (upon a normalization to the 30-40 cent range) and make my money work somewhere else.

I can think of the possible catalysts:

- gold mining partnership

-environmental assessments coming through

-drill results

What are some other catalysts to be looking out for? What is your outlook for the next 12 months?
