Last time I saw a single-digit sp, it was 1 EUR.

Goodness.  

That was back in 2010... I remember I bought quite a lot when it first went below that mark; I was saying to myself "it won't ever be that cheap again...". Been holding ever since.

One might wonder whether the present situation is a sign of danger. But I can't help thinking: it would be much too embarrassing for Canadian politics if Noront goes bust. Another thing is, Baosteel paid 86 cents, a long time ago, and they are still there, even if they have been diluted.
