Its a clear message that Politicians and Judges along with well funded environmental groups have the scales tipped in thier favour to quash big projects. 
it's sad to see over 10,000 jobs not going to happen for Teck .


Amazing how other countries are kicking are butts in the resources sector, pretty much laughing at our top notch legal system that can hold any company down...
