Mark how can you say management has rewarded themselves for achieving nothing? They have the share price at .145 cents as of now and with Interset shares and Stock options have issued millions of shares and they raised 5 million $  which by the end of the year we will see that the office has been paid. And they got money for drilling and if you look at all the results from drilling in the last 7 years \I would expect be rewarded with all the previous sucess.
