So the frauds at the helm of Noront make it appear that actual work is being done to justify further dilution and robbing of each and every shareholder by handing out gratious share options.

No it's not enough that they are being paid handsomely .. they need mooooore shares. 10 Million more per year .. 5 Million is not enough anymore.
