First time post. Thank you to everyone for "hanging in" and keeping us informed. A special thank you to the articulate and well informed posts of Hoov,  Babjak and others over the years and wish so much they return to this forum.  I had the pleasure of visiting and talking to Richard Nemis and John Harvey and the gang at their Toronto St office many times and yes as JamesBay here is reminding us he would always say "we've got the goods".   The big players know this. Retail is always looking for more. If we can hit some new big holes on our vast holdings,  this would bring more positive attention to us.  Our day is coming, fasten your seatbelts!
