KWG will use the CCC money to develop the Big Daddy Deposit together with NOT, and Black Horse along with Black Thor will be developed many years later. Any Chinese involvement will hide behind Forrest and his Wyloo, and get their offtakes without control, or say; US / Canada National Security/ Critical Minerals Control and Assurrances.  Both Noront and KWG will be exclusive chromite suppliers for US defence and aerospace, plus the regular stainless industry in USMCA. But only Noront will control the North American ferrochrome processing to feed the stainles steel industry here on this continent in collaboration with those in the industry who know it; Outokumpu and Glencore to name a few.
