Are they f...... kidding me and us? Spring 2024 that's 3 years from now and that a decision not a formal go ahead. 

And if I understand it correct only for the middle part of a possible road option?

On the positive side things are still moving but the pace...in normal corporate business people would get fired over this!

Anyway still hoping and holding on but man o man what a suffering!
